Extensive experience in bringing forward land for mineral extraction and restoration schemes using the importation of inert waste through the Local Plan system.
We have negotiated terms and rates for the extraction and restoration on behalf of clients, before going on to work with site operators throughout the operation to assist landowners. Our experience includes working with the Environment Agency in obtaining the necessary permits to operate a site. We have also obtained planning consents and environment agency permits for waste recycling centres.
Achieving allocations for clients to extend their portfolios, we promote suitable sites through the Local Plan process.
