Sherwill Forbes was founded in 2013 and merged with John Drake & Co a year later to form Sherwill Drake Forbes. All three Directors have a background in land, planning and infrastructure projects. James Paynter BSc. (Hons) MRICS
James works on behalf of retained clients particularly in the planning, valuation and sales sectors.
Tim Spicer BSc. (Hons) MRICS
Prior to establishing the firm as one of the Directors, Tim worked extensively within the utility sector, offering land and planning advice to some of the UK’s major utility companies. At Sherwill Drake Forbes Tim works for a number of land and property owners affected by a wide range of utility issues.
Jonathan Morris BSc. (Hons) MRICS
Jonathan is the Head of the Rural Department. He has a wide knowledge of rural matters from practical land management advice to the valuation of rural property and is regularly involved in planning applications, property sales and various agri-environment support schemes.
Georgina is the lead Management Surveyor at Sherwill Drake Forbes and looks after over 120 tenanted units on behalf of our clients. An excellent knowledge of the sites she manages, georgina has successfully negotiated increases in rent yields at the same time as maintaining good relationships with occupiers. She has let a great number of units and is also looking to take on further stock.
